Yes, when you will place your first order, you will have to create your account by mentioning all the information required within the registration form. Once you will create it, you won’t need to repeat this procedure for your next orders.

The delivery method will depend on which products you have chosen and their volume. We work with UPS, Colissimo and Mondial relay. All orders which are made before 12pm will be shipped on the very day. If orders are made on Friday after 12pm, they will be shipped on the next Monday as our office is closed during the weekend.
This time can be extended, especially during the Christmas holidays.
Our warehouse is located in Ancenis, in France. We propose to directly pick up orders from our warehouse for clients who are from the Loire-atlantique(44) and Maine et Loire (49).
Regarding orders to France, Corsica, Belgium and Luxembourg, there are 3 delivery time:
- Home delivery via Colissimo : 48h/72h
- Mondial relay : 3 - 5 opened days
- Express or standard delivery via UPS: 24h-48h (36h-72h for Corsica)
For other countries, we provide a delivery via UPS. Delivery time can change according to the country:24h/48h to 5 working days.
Free delivery in a relay point for the following countries if the cart is at least 90€: France, Belgium and Luxembourg (concerns paper refills and accessories).
Free DHL delivery in France for all furniture.
